Thermal Binding London
Thermal binding is perfect for company reports, contracts and wills. It uses ready covers with heavy duty transparent front and white or black back and spine. Hot melt glues bind the edges of the pages together inside the cover.
We offer thermal binding covers with a transparent front and a white or black spine and back. We can bind up to 150 sheets together (80 gsm paper).
We offer thermal binding for A5, A4 and A3 documents.
Please, note that we can offer A4 landscape and A3 thermal binding only for documents which we print.
If you have a few documents to bind or to print and bind, we can offer thermal binding on the spot.
For large quantities of printing and binding, we offer same day thermal binding or thermal binding within 24 hours.
Once your documents are printed and bound, you can collect them from our Central London printing centre.
We also offer a same day courier service to London postcodes or standard delivery service to the rest of the UK

If you have your documents already printed and you just need thermal binding, please bring your documents and let us know your what colour of thermal binding cover you prefer – black or white.
Printing and binding
If you need printing and binding, you can visit us at Kings Cross, Central London or email us your documents and let us know:
- what size printing and binding you need
- if you need colour or black and white printing
- if you need single- or double-sided printing
- you paper choice (thickness of paper, matt or silk)
- if you want your document printed full bleed
- what colour of thermal binding cover you need (black or white)
We will come back to you with a quote.
Please, note that an order is considered placed only after the payment has been received. You can arrange the payment in person, over the phone or online.
The preferred file format for your documents is PDF.
Ideally, your documents should be designed with a resolution of 300 dpi. All important information should be placed 1-2 cm off edge and minimum 2 cm off the binding edge.
For full bleed documents, we need a bleed of 3mm.
We stock a wide range of paper and card. Choose paper or card with a thickness of 80 gsm to 350 gsm with silk or matt finish.
If you are not sure about the perfect paper for your document, you are welcome to come by and check our paper sample book.
Once printed your document can be bound with black or white thermal binding cover.
