- Our Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions will apply to the purchase of goods and services detailed in our quotation (Goods) by the Customer (you) from Nevex Ltd, company registration number (we or us).
These Terms and Conditions will be deemed to have been accepted by you when you accept them when ordering online or when you accept the quotation received by us.
- Price
All prices on our web site are inclusive of VAT.
Unless agreed in advance our prices do not include delivery. A charge may be made when a delivery is requested.
You may be entitled to discounts. Any discounts will be at our discretion.
- Quotation
Any quotation given by us will be binding only if given in writing.
We can give you only an indication of the price over the phone. Any verbal quotation is an estimation only and will not be binding unless confirmed by us in writing.
A quotation will be emailed to you after receiving and checking your files/documents. The price of the goods is set out in our quotation current at the date of your order or such other price we may agree in writing.
You must ensure that the quantities and other specifications in the quotation are accurate. Once the payment has be made, we will deem the quotation and its specifications as accepted by you.
We reserve the right to amend any quotation given to reflect any incomplete, inaccurate or changed instructions or samples given by you in which case you shall be informed before we commence printing.
Any additional work required by reason of you supplying inadequate copy, incomplete or incorrect instructions or late delivery of the files may be chargeable.
We may cancel any order at any time prior to delivery upon notice to you whereupon a refund of any money paid for the relevant goods or services will be promptly made.
- Materials Supplied by the Customer
You must ensure that any files, images and other artwork supplied to us is of a good quality. We will not be responsible for poor print quality of a document where the uploaded document was of a poor quality.
You must check that the files supplied to us match the dimensions of the paper size you have ordered. If your artwork does not exactly match the dimensions of the paper you ordered, your artwork will be resized to fit the ordered paper size.
We reserve the right to rejects files supplied by you which appear to be unsuitable for printing.
We shall not be responsible for checking the accuracy of supplied input from any Electronic file unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We shall incur no liability for any errors not corrected by you where you have been provided with proofs.
Due to differences in equipment, paper, inks and other conditions, we do not guarantee colour matching.
- Payments
Unless credit facilities have been agreed in accordance with point 6., all payments shall be taken in advance. An order shall be considered placed only after the payment has been arranged.
Online payments and payments over the phone are processed by Stripe and World Pay. Your card details are sent directly to Stripe or WorldPay. We do not store any card details on our servers. The only information we have access to is the cards’ metadata such as card brand, last 4 digits of the card number and expiry date.
- Credit Facilities
Credit facilities may be granted to applicants who complete our Customer Account Form and satisfy our criteria. If credit facilities are granted by us, payment is due within 30 days of the date of the invoice. If any invoice remains unpaid by the due date, interest and other charges will apply in accordance with section 5A and/or section 6 of the Late Payment of Commercial Debt (Interest) Act 1998 and in addition all invoices shall become due and payable immediately.
Credit facilities may be withdrawn by us at any time without notice and without giving reasons.
- Turnaround
The turnaround time varies for the different products and different periods of the year. It is important to confirm the turnaround times at the time you are placing the order. We may give you an indication of the turnaround time in advance, but the final delivery/collection date and time will be agreed when you are placing the order.
Whilst every effort will be used to complete the work in the time required but the Customer, we accept no responsibility for any losses, costs or expenses incurred by you in the event of delayed competition for whatever reason.
- Cancellations
You may be able to cancel or amend your order prior to us commencing production of your goods and receive a refund. Please contact us as soon as possible to determine if we can cancel or amend your order. We will let you know if that is possible.
- Delivery / Collection
- Delivery
We will arrange for the delivery of the Goods to the address specified by you in writing. If you do not specify a delivery address or if we both agree, you must collect the Goods from our premises.
Delivery can take place any time between 8am to 8 pm. Somebody must be present at the address to accept the delivery or the courier will return the Goods back to us. If the delivery fails because nobody is available to accept the parcel, you will still be charged the delivery charge (and an extra charge for rearranging the delivery).
If the delivery must be rearranged, the courier charge will have to be paid again.
We shall have no liability for failure to deliver the your order (or part of it) promptly.
We can arrange the following types of delivery:
Same day courier
The quote given to you for same day courier delivery applies for working days only (Monday-Friday) from 9am till 6pm. Courier delivery after 6pm and on Saturday or Sunday will incur an extra charge. You must provide us with a valid phone number on which the courier can contact you if necessary.
Nationwide delivery – next day
Next day deliveries using Parcel Force can be arranged if your order is completed before 4pm. It is your responsibility to confirm with us the turnaround times when placing the order. Next day delivery can be arranged for working days only.
Economy delivery is 3-5 working days
Any dates and times quoted for delivery are approximate only. We will not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Goods that is caused by a circumstance beyond our control or your failure to provide us with adequate delivery instructions or any other instructions that are relevant to the supply of the Goods.
- Collection
You can collect from us any time during our working hours. We reserve the right to vary our opening hours without notice to you.
Customers are expected to collect the Goods within 30 working days of being notified that the work is complete.
If you do not take the delivery or collect the goods, we may at our discretion after 30 business days dispose of the Goods.
- Inspection and Acceptance of the Goods
You must inspect the Goods on delivery or collection. If there are any damages or shortages, you must inform us in writing in 24 hours of delivery providing details of the fault and photos. We will inspect each case and if we are satisfied that the Goods are defective, we will ask you to return them and we will at our own discretion repair, replace or cancel the order and refund the Goods or part of them. We will be under no liability and able to replace or refund the product in the following circumstances:
– if you fail to provide a notice as set above
– if you make any further use of the goods after giving the notice
– if the defect or other issues is your responsibility for example but not limited to defects arising from poor instructions, poor quality of the supplied file, wrong sizing, graphic errors or other circumstances beyond our control.
11. Refunds and Returns
Refunds will only be made to orders which satisfy the conditions set out in point 10. In those cases, we will offer to offer to repair or reprint the goods or where not possible refund part or the whole amount paid for that.
As our printed products are unique and not resaleable we will not accept any returns unless the product is wrongly printed or damaged by us.
If you are entitled to a refund under these terms, we will refund you the price you paid for the goods or part of it by the method you used for the payment.
- Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse any order at our own discretion (e.g., due to inappropriate or distasteful subject matter.)
- Liability
We shall be under no liability whatever to the Customer for any consequential or indirect loss and\or expense (including loss of turnover and profit) suffered by you arising out of a breach of this contract or negligence by us.
In the event of a breach of this contract or negligence by us the remedies of you shall be limited to damages. Under no circumstances shall the liability of the Seller exceed the price of the Goods.
