Printing and Ring Binding London
Ring binders are perfect for big documents or documents which have to be frequently updated.
We use 2 and 4 hole ring binders of A4 or A5 size. They come with a clear pocket on the front for the cover page of your document.
Tabs and dividers can be printed and inserted to separate sections.
We stock a wide variety of paper and card with a thickness of 80 gsm – 350 gsm and with matt, silk or uncoated finish.
The dividers of your document can be printed on coloured paper.
The turnaround for printing and ring binding would depend on the volume and is normally 2 to 3 days.
All printed products can be collected from our Central London printing centre.

The preferred file format for your documents is PDF.
Ideally, your document should be designed with a resolution of 300 dpi. All important information should be placed 1-2 cm off edge and minimum 2 cm off the binding edge.
If your documents need to be printed full bleed, they should have a bleed of 3 mm.
We have 3 industrial Xerox printing presses on the premises which allow us to offer fast and high-quality printing service.
We stock a wide range of paper and card with a thickness from 80 gsm to 350 gsm with silk, matt and uncoated finish. You are welcome to come by and check samples of the paper and card we have and choose the best paper stock for your document.
