You can also place the order in person by visiting us at Kings Cross, Central London or email us your files together with your printing requirements.
We need to know:
- the size you need your posters printed – A0 poster printing, A1 posters, A2 posters, A3 or A4 posters
- your paper choice – matt, semi-gloss or gloss
We will come back to you with a quote.
Please, note that an order is considered placed only after the payment has been received. You can arrange the payment in person, over the phone or online.
Requirements for poster printing files:
Please ensure your files are thoroughly checked for content and accuracy before submitting them, as we do not review the content.
- File format: We prefer PDF files but also accept JPG format. For other file types, please contact us in advance to verify compatibility.
- Resolution: Aim for a resolution of 300 dpi, designed at the actual print size.
- Bleed: For full bleed documents, include a bleed of 3-5mm.
Once we receive your files, we will examine them for any technical issues and contact you if necessary.
Once your posters are printed out, we can laminate or encapsulate them.
Laminating offers protection for your posters while encapsulation makes them waterproof.

Once printed, your posters can be mounted on 5 mm white foam boards.
Mounting a poster offers several benefits that enhance its presentation and longevity. By attaching the poster to a sturdy backing, such as foam board you provide additional support that prevents sagging, wrinkling, and tearing. This keeps the poster looking sharp and professional.
